A little set up: this guy came in to give us ten thousand books. I told him, calmly, mind you, that we don't do that and if he wants to do that, there's a Goodwill drop off behind the grocery store.
Angry Customer: I thought I'd do you a favor!
Me: Well, you can do Goodwill a favor.
Wow, yeah, so that was fun.
